Hi Sumar,

I am writing to you to tell you that I did attend your business Secret Garden everyday on my recent trip to Bali. I always stay at Kuta Lagoon Resort and I love to go around the corner to have my massages, facials and hair treatments and cuts. I also took many friends with me who also loved the service that we received over the 8 days we were in Bali.

I especially want to congratulate Ryan(hairdresser), Putu (she looked after my friend) and Novi ( WHO WAS FANTASTIC AND TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME). Novi was always so friendly and she looked after me so well. I was very impressed with her English and it was nice to be able to have a chat with her. I hurt my back on the last day in Bali and Novi massaged me and helped ease the pain I was experiencing.

Ryan is a very talented hairdresser and I always have my hair straightened when I am there. He really knows my hair and I love the way it looks once he has worked on it. I have been going to Secret Garden for the past 3 years and I openly tell people on Bali Forum what a great place it is. The people you employ in your business are a real credit to you and I really want you to thank them from me for the great job that they do.

I look forward to hearing from you after you have spoken to them and read my e-mail to them. Everyone is lovely there but I particularly want you to thank Novi, Putu and Ryan from me.

I am so sorry to hear of the bomb blasts and I hope this does not affect your business for too long. I am definitely coming back to Bali next Sept for my annual visit and I will be bringing all my friends to Secret Garden. I also thank you for your 10% voucher .....
